    We are recognised as a leading almond orchard management company in Australia.

    We already manage several almond projects on a 1, 100 hectare property in Victoria.

    Our value-add is to grow almonds on green field farms that we manage for qualified foreign investors who own the land, co-own the infrastructure, pay fees to our Australian group for farm management and help investors take delivery of the almond nut food at fruition.

     

    PARTNER IDEAL ATTRIBUTES:

    – Capable to own 50 acres of Australian agricultural land for green field development and co-own infrastructure, likely requiring FIRB approval if a foreign party;

    – Able to work with our existing Chinese partner;

    – Needs physical almonds and wants to take full delivery of the full crop that is planned to mature beginning in around 3 years time.

     

    WHAT WE HAVE NOW:

    We have identified 1, 000 acres of land (400 hectares) that is well-suited to grow almonds and we can acquired at a cost of around $15 million.  Infrastructure required to grow the almonds to maturity is estimated to cost around an additional $15 million.

     

    WHAT WE OFFER:

    We offer to operate the farm until maturity in exchange for reasonable fees and advisory services to purchase an almond farm property with each one around 20 hectares equal to 50 acres for an estimated cost of around A$750, 000.

    Each farm is expected to be 50 acres (20 hectares) with around 6, 400 trees.
